“Last One Standing” is a savage number, and the energy is embedded into its bones. That much Skylar Grey showed in her Instagram stories when she sat down in the kitchen to sing a hook. Without instrumentals, presets, or anything that an artist can hide behind. Just a melody, lyrics and a voice. Still, it is enough to send a shiver down your spine.
