Skylar Grey is officially back on a track with Eminem for his upcoming album, “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)”.
The news broke after Skylar responded to a fan’s question on her Instagram broadcast channel about a possible feature with a simple but revealing clue: the number 15 followed by a winking face emoji.
Fans quickly cracked the code, realising it pointed to the fifteenth track on the album, titled “Temporary”.
This reunion marks another chapter in the successful collaboration history between Eminem and Skylar Grey that produced hits like “Love the Way You Lie”, “I Need a Doctor” and more.
Also, this confirmation makes an interesting precedent indicating that while the tracklist is revealed, guest artists on it are hidden. With Skylar not mentioned on “Temporary” we can now confidently add Dr. Dre to “Guilty Conscience 2” and expect more surprises to come.
“The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)” drops on July 12, so we have only two more days to look for new clues.
