It is taking forever and a day, but it seems like Conway’s solo debut on a major label is finally getting its release date.
Conway casually mentioned it on his Twitter account responding to a fan’s enquiry about “God Don’t Make Mistakes”. February might be a month when the project will be finally released:
Conway’s only clarification on this was not a date but a year — 2022.
Maybe it is not the most precise date we wanted to see but it gives more certainty than we had in months. We know that Conway works fast and he released multiple projects since. But a major label release means major copyright issues and more complications. Hopefully, it has been all resolved now.
Interestingly, the other day Westside Boogie also gave an update on his upcoming album, without revealing as much as a month. Was there a meeting at Shady Records where they approved a release schedule for 2022? Is there a new project from Eminem?
