A recent connection between Nick Cannon and Royce da 5’9” provoked an acute reaction from Marshall’s fans and the general public alike. Not everyone was happy about it.
KXNG Crooked tried to reason with the most concerned fans implying that they did not have all the facts. Eminem’s former D12 bandmate Bizarre seems did not have them either but he was very careful in expressing his confusion on Royce’s timeline. Bizarre commented on the initial post with no more than a shrug emoji. And Royce immediately called him out on it with: “You got sum’n you wanna say @bizarresworld?”
That was the end of that exchange and hopefully, two rappers had their conversation so at least one less person feels confused about the new turn of events.
Many fans turned to humour as a defensive mechanism making an endless stream of memes that coupled Royce with people who fell victims to Eminem’s wrath over the years. These memes varied from obvious like pictures of MGK next to Royce to rather questionable, that featured Marshall’s father. While this edgy type of jokes matches a risqué Slim Shady attitude, not many were happy when they saw Royce reposting it and proclaimed it to be a one step too far.
Royce deleted this meme later but reposted another one that featured probably the biggest number of Eminem’s documented feuds. He also wrote:
Ok I deserve this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣…
Listen… Please stop making these. These are too hilarious… Beef between @eminem x @nickcannon is water under the bridge… Thank you to @fatjoe for helping to make it happen… Let’s spread love y’all ✌🏿
