American music industry trade publication “Hits” that provided good pre-release tips for recent Eminem’s albums dropped an exciting hint.
The article about some surprise album drop from an unnamed superstar starts with indicating that the artist in question is a rapper. Then, reporting that all preparation for this release is strictly conspiratorial the magazine claims that it is unlikely that the said superstar will be able to finish all the work but the set date. But the wording they use: “Insiders say the chances of making the date are slim to none”. Seriously, you do not use “slim” unintentionally when you write about rap and you don’t want to use it when you write about anyone but Eminem.
It would be great to believe that Eminem can release a new record in just a little more than a week but “Hits” basically squashes all hopes in the same article that evokes them. Still, if not on December 20, then release it any other day, the sooner the better, everyone is ready.
