“The Eminem Show” has added another milestone to its list, becoming Eminem’s most-played album with over 8.7 billion streams.

The 2002 classic pulls in about 3.5 million streams every single day, keeping it at the top of Em’s catalogue as his most-played studio project.

When it first dropped on May 26, 2002, the album was already making headlines. Even a leak could not slow it down: it debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 with just one day of sales, for the first time in the charts’ history, and went on to move 1.3 million copies in its first full week. The number that the music industry will probably never see again.

Certified Diamond in the US and Canada, and with more than 27 million physical copies sold worldwide, “The Eminem Show” also stands as the best-selling hip hop album of all time. Now, with streaming numbers that won’t quit, it continues to add to its legendary run.
