Rap legend and successful TV producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is ready to introduce his another facet, an actor in a famous franchise.
Fifty announced his role in a new Expendables movie in September 22. Since then Fif, it looked, was enjoying working on the movie and to be associated with a project in general. He reminded about his involvement from time to time and posted pictures from set.
Now, finally, the work is almost done. Enough, at least, to announce the release date of a new chapter. The “EXPEND4BLES” theatrical release is set to September 2, informs Liongate, a company that is responsible for the project, introducing a trailer for the movie.
Aimed, as always, to be funny, brutal, and entertaining, this new installment to the franchise has even a subtle reference to Fifty’s career: a scene where 50 Cent’s character is hanging upside down.A big chunk of the audience will remember his epic pose from the “In Da Club” video, which he repeated last year at the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
