It was a wild day full of plot twists, and 50 Cent was right in the middle of it, from courtside seats to unfiltered commentary.

It started with Fif attending a New York Knicks game, where he happened to be seated close to none other than Joe Budden, former Shady Records artist, one-fourth of Slaughterhouse, and now a rap commentator who rarely holds back when talking about his ex-labelmates.

Despite Budden’s history of tossing critical takes toward Em’s circle and Marshall himself, he is mostly steered clear of beefing with Fifty. Maybe because Fif’s clapbacks have the accuracy of a sniper and the subtlety of a bulldozer. But this courtside moment? All peace.

Fif posted a photo from the game, each sitting in separate rows, and dropped a classic caption:

I ran into Joe at the game, he said I don’t need Therapy No MORE!

Maybe the Knicks game worked its magic, or perhaps it was just a well-timed joke, but fans ate it up.

Unfortunately for Knicks supporters, the night did not end on a high note. The team lost, and Fifty’s mood spiralled right with them. That is when he let loose with one of those chaotic, full of sarcasm posts that only he can pull off:

Fuck today man the Knicks lost, the pope died, and Kanye told us he sucked his cousin’s dick for 8 years. 😴 I’m going to bed early tomorrow gotta be a better day.

From peace talks with Joe Budden to NBA heartbreak and internet mayhem in a single day? Just another Monday in 50 Cent’s world.
