Atlantic Records issued a plaque to commemorate a selling milestone, and Fifty was all too happy to share it with the world.
According to the label’s data, Sheeran’s 2019 album “No.6 Collaborations Project” has sold over 10 million units worldwide. It means, that all artists involved can add this achievement no to their own history.
This includes 50 Cent and Eminem who recorded “Remember the Name” for this project. The album went Platinum in the US in the year of its release and didn’t get any certification updates since. The song went Silver in the UK the same year. So this new update is welcome news.
Fifty posted a picture of a plaque on his social media with the caption:
I just got my plaque from No. 6 my boy Ed Sheeran @teddysphotos🔥10,000,000 world wide 💣BOOM💨
We can see that the award is presented to 50 Cent directly, which means that Eminem has his own plaque somewhere. We also know that t chances that Marshall will share I are next to none. So, thank you, Fifty, for showing as the plaque, and congratulations.
