Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has got his foot into the One Billion Club. And of course, it had to be “In Da Club”.

Fifty has a good collection of bangers, but “In Da Club” is special. It transcended the genre boundaries. It seems that people from 6 to 60 years old can recognise it just seconds into the intro, and the majority of them would be ready to break into a song and dance. The track has been the most streamed Fifty’s single since the beginning of the era and it was a given that “In Da Club” would be the first Fif’s song to reach the milestone of one billion streams on Spotify.

You can tell how iconic te song is when you remember that when invited to join Eminem and Dr. Dre at the Super Bowl Halftime show performance this year, 50 Cent could only sing one song and he chose “In Da Club”. And this performance, by the way, brought Fifty his first Emmy award.
