“Not Afraid” marked a new era for Marshal that started with his “Recovery” release, the ear that he is not afraid being honest about his vulnerabilities, not afraid to dig deep and not afraid to leave his stage persona behind.
The track became one of the most critically acclaimed Eminem’s records, won him a Grammy for the Best Rap Solo performance and was certified Diamond four years after its release.
The song ages like a good wine, getting better each year. This year added the second Platinum plaque from the British Phonographic Industry to its books.
