Eminem’s blockbuster single “Houdini” has hit another milestone: the official music video has now surpassed 250 million views on YouTube. This marks Em’s 30th video (counting all credits) to cross the quarter-billion threshold.
Released in May 2024 as the lead single from “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)”, “Houdini” debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Global 200 and went on to top charts across multiple continents. The track, which interpolates classics like “Without Me”, “My Name Is”, and “Just Lose It” alongside Steve Miller’s “Abracadabra”, became an instant fan favourite for blending nostalgia with chaos in true Slim Shady fashion.
The Rich Lee–directed video is equally wild, pitting Eminem against his alter ego and bringing 2002 Rap Boy into a Gotham-inspired cityscape. Packed with cameos from 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Royce 5’9, Dr. Dre, Em’s kids, and more, it quickly became one of Em’s most talked-about visuals. It even scored two MTV VMAs in 2024 (Best Hip-Hop and Best Visual Effects) and a Grammy nomination.
Over a year after its release, “Houdini” still pulls in around 160,000 views per day, making it Em’s 15th most watched music video currently.
