Eminem’s latest studio album “Music To Be Murdered By” is the fourth best selling western album in China.
Since its release in January, the album has sold over 400,000 digital copies in the country, reports @ChinaMusicData.
Last week the same account posted the top three best selling western albums in China, and it seems like the only Western artists that Chinese audience likes more than Eminem are Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber:
1. “folklore” — Taylor Swift (1,013,000 copies)
2. “Changes” — Justin Bieber (794,000 copies)
3. “evermore” — Taylor Swift (450,000 copies)
Taylor’s numbers are insane, she sold the first 100,000 copies of “evermore” in 20 minutes since its release. However, Marshall’s sales are very impressive. Also, it is important to notice that “Music To Be Murdered By” is his second album to move 400,000 copies in China, which shows that he is not slowing down at all.
