Boogie and Paul Rosenberg provide updates on his highly anticipated new album and a new photo with Eminem.
The Compton rapper has been working on his Shady Records sophomore album for what feels like forever. In May 2021, Boogie played the record to Eminem and received his full support and green light from the label. However, the young MC admitted in his interview, his perfectionism held him back:
I played him the album, now he said yeah, you’re good to go, I got back home and started to tweak so much stuff, so now we here.
In December 2021, the label finally set a release date for Boogie. And now it seems the wait is almost over. The soulful artist posted a new photo with Marshall, and good news:
Final stages..y’all irritated I know but I love y’all
Paul Rosenberg retweeted the post and added a comment to let us know that Eminem heard a new version of the album and found it infectiously good:
Look … 👀 @WS_Boogie got @Eminem throwin’ dubs again. He was doing it the whole time we were in LA… caught a vibe I guess! Ha! New music on the horizon!
