Usher was blasting “In Da Club” when his son was born, and Fifty agrees that there is no better song for the occasion.

Usher explained to Ellen DeGeneres that when he was in charge of a playlist during his daughter’s birth, he was not prepared well, lost Wi-Fi connection and played the only song he had on his phone on repeat. His wife was not happy with this, so the second time around, the artist came fully equipped:

I had my Mophie. I had speakers. I had backup batteries. I had a whole playlist that I had worked on for about two weeks. It was crazy. It was great.

And the song that was playing when the baby came out was “In Da Club”.

Of course, Fifty could not miss this story and reacted to it joyfully on his Instagram:

We have 2 Kings now, SIRE Jackson and SIRE Raymond. 😏coolest shit ever!
