The first teaser for “Happy Gilmore 2” has arrived, and it is a good time to remember that Eminem shot a “funny as hell” scene for the film.
Adam Sandler just dropped the first teaser for “Happy Gilmore 2”, giving fans a taste of his long-awaited return to the green. The clip sets the tone with Happy checking out golf’s greatest players, reacting to his own less-than-flattering statue, and gearing up for one last shot at glory. Familiar faces like Julie Bowen’s Virginia Venit, Ben Stiller’s Hal, and even Shooter McGavin himself (Christopher McDonald) make appearances, along with new additions like Bad Bunny as Happy’s caddie.
While Eminem is not in this first teaser, Sandler has already confirmed his involvement, calling his cameo “funny as hell” and teasing that the rapper delivered plenty of wild lines. So while “Happy Gilmore 2” is already shaping up to be a comedy-packed sequel, Slim Shady’s moment on the fairway might be one of the film’s biggest surprises.
Set to premiere on Netflix on July 25, “Happy Gilmore 2” promises nostalgia, laughs, and, of course, a little chaos on the course.
