Pop Smoke’s posthumous album surpassed Eminem’s “Recovery” in the number of consecutive weeks atop a genre specifics chart.
“Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon” bagged its 20th week on the Billboard Top Rap Albums list, breaking the record that “Recovery” set in 2010-2011 with 19 weeks long chart run.
Pop Smoke’s album is also set to replace Prince’s iconic “Purple Rain” as the longest No.1 charting record on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Eminem is in good company here.
