As one of our YouTube subscribers reminded, Eminem’s concept of the MTBMB album seemed to have been much more complex.
In the last interview with KXNG Crooked (which, by the way, YouTube deleted along with the rapper’s official channel), Eminem said that he had planned even more tracks for the album, but problems with sample clearing did not allow to realize all the ideas.
There was some stuff that I was trying to get on there but we couldn’t work it out with sample clearing, but I had it even more intertwined than it was, than we had to pick and choose the best pieces to put on there. – Eminem

Perhaps an extended version of the album was indeed coming (or is it still coming?) The deluxe version is rumored to be released on December 18. But this is just a rumor, there is no official information. Don’t get too hopeful.
