Singles “Kamikaze” and “Superman” were awarded silver and gold certificates from the British Phonographic Industry yesterday.

“Superman”, released in 2004 on “The Eminem Show”, was BRIT certified in 2018 at the Silver level for selling 200,000 units. The single jumped to the Gold level much faster, selling another 200,000 in under four years.

For “Kamikaze” it is the first BRIT certificate. However, it has sold 200,000 certified units in the same 3.5 years. How long will it take for the song to move to the next level?
