On the 6th of December, 2005 “Curtain Call: The Hits” was released under Aftermath Entertainment, Shady Records, and Interscope Records. The album included Eminem’s most popular singles to date, a live version of “Stan” recorded with Elton John at the Grammy Awards and three new songs.

It sold 441,000 units in its first week in the USA. Since then it was certified 7xPlatinum.

The album also holds the record of being the longest-running rap LP in the history of the Billboard 200 with its 472 weeks on the chart.
