Ultra-rare Air Jordan 3s, designed for Eminem’s 2022 Super Bowl halftime show, have popped up again — this time in the hands of high-end sneaker collectors.
The collective at English Sole got their hand on this rarity and shared more close-up photos than it was ever available. Known for acquiring some of the world’s most exclusive footwear, they’ve given fans a closer look at every detail baked into this special design.
While the shoe riffs off the classic “Fire Red” colourway, this pair is unmistakably Marshall. The tongue alternates between the classic Jumpman and Em’s iconic backward “E”. Around back, you can find a “Hi My Name Is” tag that throws it all the way back to “The Slim Shady LP” era. Even the insides are personalised — one shoe repping “Shady Records”, the other sporting the Jason Mask logo.
Only about 10 pairs of this Eminem Air Jordan 3 are rumoured to exist, and they were never meant to hit shelves. That is part of what makes them so coveted. Unlike his earlier collabs on the Air Jordan 2 and Air Jordan 4, both now grails in the sneaker world, this release was strictly for the Super Bowl stage.
With designs this personal, it is not just a sneaker, it is a piece of hip hop history.
