There’s no Eminem verse on “SWAG”, but Bieber still found a way to pay homage, and it is all about a clever lyric lifted from a deep cut.

Eminem is credited as a lyricist on Justin Bieber’s “Yukon” track from his surprise “SWAG” album. While Em does not appear on the song directly, he is listed as a composer-lyricist thanks to a line in the opening verse. Bieber sings, “I can help you get a move on, like U-Haul”, which sharp-eared fans recognised as an interpolation of a bar from Eminem’s 2010 track “Untitled” off Recovery (Deluxe Edition). The original goes:

Get up, baby, get a move on like a U-Haul,
You can rack your brain.

It is a simile Eminem clearly likes: he also used it in 2020 on “She Loves Me” from “Music to Be Murdered By – Side B”:

I put the moves on you like a U-Haul.

So while Em did not give a verse to Bieber, his influence is baked into the writing and duly credited.
