On his latest interview with Funk Flex Tyler talks many things including Eminem’s diss and his music preferences.
Although Tyler grew up a huge fan of Marshall, one thing he is disappointed about now is Eminem trying to go back and show his fans the “old Em”: “And when people go back, that is the grossest fucking thing. Move forward, get what you’re into for real.”
Also he said, he really liked Relapse and the whole concept of that project, but also he understood why Em decided to change the style of Recovery: “People trashed it, and he came with the Recovery shit with the pop hooks. The shit worked, and everyone gave high fives.”
