Actress Barbra Streisand was the one who opened an envelope to announce Eminem as an Oscar winner in 2003. It did not happen back then but the renown actress and a member of the Academy thinks there might be another chance.
She reposted Marshall’s video from the 2003 ceremony and admitted in the caption that she voted for “Lose yourself” and was excited about handing the Best Original Song award to the first rapper ever recognised by the Hollywood establishment.
