Marshall just met two new milestones on Spotify, pulling further ahead of Drake in followers and racking up billions of streams.
Eminem keeps proving why he is one of the biggest names in music. This week, he surpassed 98 million followers on Spotify, continuing to be the most-followed rapper on the platform. He now holds the No. 7 spot among artists across all genres, recently overtaking Drake, whose follower count is growing at a noticeably slower pace. Over the past week alone, Eminem gained almost 300,000 new followers, while Drake added 218,000 — widening the gap even further.
Beyond followers, Eminem’s streaming numbers are just as impressive. His main catalogue has now accumulated 49 billion streams, keeping him at No. 7 among all artists on Spotify and second in the hip hop category. And if you count his 6.3 billion streams from features, his total jumps past 55 billion. 1.2 billion out of this amount has come to the count since the beginning of 2025.
Eminem’s monthly audience, understandably, shrank after the album hype went down, but “The Death of Slim Shady” is still making an impact, and Em’s back catalogue is arguably the strongest one in the game. So, it is only a matter of time before he crosses even bigger milestones.
