KXNG Crooked shares his thoughts on the leak of “Trade Off”, a standout track featuring Eminem and Slaughterhouse, sparking nostalgia and debate among hip hop fans.

The recent wave of Eminem leaks has unearthed a true gem: “Trade Off”, a collaborative track featuring Shady’s legendary rap supergroup, Slaughterhouse. Fans are calling it a testament to the unmatched chemistry between Eminem and the group’s elite MCs. It’s also a bittersweet reminder of what the hip hop world lost when Slaughterhouse disbanded.

KXNG Crooked, one of Slaughterhouse’s standout members, confirmed the track’s authenticity on social media, sharing his mixed feelings:

I don’t have a problem with the world hearing that particular song. It’s kinda crazy to wake up and see that someone is leaking my work onto the internet w/o permission tho..

While Crook acknowledged the song’s impact, he also weighed in on the idea of releasing shelved material:

Wonder how those Em records leaked.. if it’s a free for all, I have a few things I’d like to see get some freedom.

This sparked a wave of fan requests for Crooked to release “Glasshouse”, the infamous unreleased Slaughterhouse album. But Crooked quickly shut down those hopes, clarifying:

I’m glad I don’t have it.. I only have a couple of songs..

Crooked’s stance reflects his respect for the collaborative process and the trust built between artists. He understands firsthand the frustration and violation of having work leaked without consent and is not about to cross that line.

Still, the “Trade Off” leak has reignited fans’ passion for Slaughterhouse and their dream of hearing “Glasshouse”. For now, all they can do is savour this rare glimpse into what could have been.
