The longest-charting hip hop album ever that happens to be Eminem’s greatest hits compilation started its 500th week on the Billboard 200.

Released in 2005, “Curtain Call: The Hits” opened this week at No.60.

Here is the list of the longest-running hip-hop albums on the Billboard 200, the list where Eminem holds three positions out of seven:

1. Eminem “Curtain Call” – 500 weeks
2. Kendrick “Good Kid, Maad City” – 418 weeks
3. Drake “Take Care” – 400 weeks
4. Eminem “Eminem Show” – 396 weeks
5. Drake “Nothing Was The Same” – 353 weeks
6. 2Pac “Greatest Hits” – 346 weeks
7. Eminem “Recovery”- 320 weeks

Just last week the album was awarded the eighth platinum certificate in the UK and now this.
