Eminem can now add the prestigious BRIT Billion Award to his ever-growing collection.
The award, presented by the BPI (the UK’s record industry association), recognizes artists who have achieved at least a billion streams in the UK. Well, they should have brought seven of those to “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)” pop-up in London, where the Official Charts welcoming committee unloaded the UK awards on Marshall.
Why seven, you would ask? Because out of 44 billion total lead streams, 7 billion Eminem has gained from that island in the North Atlantic.
