Following the success of “Houdini”, another track from “The Death of Slim Shady” has now gone gold.

TDOSS continues its strong international run. This time, “Fuel” has earned a certification from Pro-Música Brasil.

The award recognises the equivalent of 20,000 units in sales, calculated through a mix of physical copies, downloads, and audio/video streams. For international singles, that equates to roughly 4 million audio or 20 million video streams.

“Fuel”, a high-octane collaboration with JID recorded years before its release, is the second most successful track off TDOSS, trailing only behind lead single “Houdini”. It has had the second-longest chart run from the album across both US and UK charts, including:

– 3 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100
– 9 weeks on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs
– 4 weeks each on Rap Digital Song Sales and Hot Rap Songs
– 3 weeks on the UK Official Singles Chart
– 2 weeks on the UK Hip Hop and R&B Singles Chart and Official Streaming Chart

This gold plaque from Brazil marks the first official certification for “Fuel” and likely not the last.
