The film, which picks up nearly 30 years after the original, is bringing back familiar faces like Adam Sandler, Julie Bowen, Ben Stiller, and Christopher McDonald. However, one of the biggest surprises is that Eminem is making a cameo, and according to Sandler, he crushed it.
“I’ve known Eminem for a long time, and he’s a great guy”, Sandler shared. “He came in and was funny as hell. We hung out all day, and he just nailed it. He said a million things we can use, and we’re so glad we had him on tape”.
Filming wrapped in December 2024, and now Deadline reports that the movie will hit Netflix on July 25, 2025. That means we are just a few months away from seeing Happy Gilmore return to the green — and Marshall delivering what is sure to be an unforgettable scene.
