“Recovery” has become Marshall’s second album to reach the streaming milestone of 4.3 billion Spotify plays.

It took only six weeks for the album to add 100 million streams to its previous milestone of 4.2 billion, which “Recovery” met in late January 2024. It doesn’t seem impossible, as the album is currently gaining around 1.9 million streams daily.

However, it is not as many as, let’s say, “The Marshall Mathers LP” brings to the table. MMLP shows about 2.5 million daily streams, and with 60 million streams of difference between them, MMLP threatens to overtake “Recovery” as Em’s second most streamed album on Spotify in coming months.

Let’s see if the trend remains by the end of April.
