“Love the Way You Lie” is one of the best-selling songs of Eminem’s career, and the numbers keep climbing around the world.

Fifteen years after its release, Eminem and Rihanna’s powerhouse duet “Love the Way You Lie” is still collecting trophies. The latest comes from Denmark, where the track has just been certified 3× platinum: equivalent to 270,000 units sold.

Originally released in 2010, the song became Eminem’s third No.1 hit in the US and one of the biggest singles of his career. That year alone, it moved 4.2 million copies in the States and 9.3 million globally, according to the IFPI. It topped year-end charts in multiple countries, including the UK, where it sold over 850,000 copies in 2010 alone.

Since then, the certifications have kept rolling in. The track is 13× platinum in the US, 5× platinum in the UK, 18× platinum in Australia, and even 3× diamond in Brazil. Now, Denmark joins the list of countries where the song has officially passed the quarter-million mark. Not bad for a song about a toxic relationship.
