“Encore” is Marshall’s ninth album to reach the milestone of 1.6 billion streams on the platform.

Critics met the album with mixed reviews upon release in 2004, and up to this date, it is considered by some to be one of Em’s worst albums alongside “Revival”. The album earned Eminem Grammy Award nominations in three categories at the 48th Annual Grammy Awards but won none.

Meanwhile, “Encore” was recognized by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry as the third Global Best Selling Album for 2004. It remains the fourth most streamed album of 2004 on Spotify. And on March 8, 2002, the RIAA awarded “Encore” 5x Platinum status.
