Sean has already mentioned that he asked Marshall to join a posse-cut for “Detroit 2” at the last moment. Now we know that Em was well aware of other participants and their verses.
Some fans could hardly believe that Eminem agreed to show up for a track that features the likes of Tee Grizzly and Sada Baby, who have their history of disrespecting Marshall.
However, he did and it was his conscious decision to add his verse to “Friday Night Cypher”. This was revealed by Big Sean during his Twitter AMA session. Answering whether Em had been informed about other participants, Sean wrote:
