Having taken a break from touring with Eminem, The Alchemist puts all his energy on putting out one impressive record after another.
In addition to making valuable contributions to Eminem’s “Music To Be Murdered By”, Westside Gunn’s “Pray For Paris” and Action Bronson’s “Only For Dolphins”, The Alchemist was at the helm of such projects as “LULU” with Conway The Machine, “Alfredo” with Freddie Gibbs, “The Price Of Tea In China” with Boldy James and “A Doctor, Painter & An Alchemist Walk Into a Bar”.
This new project stems from Bronson’s food documentary series “Fuck, That’s Delicious” where The Alchemist was a frequent guest, travelling with Bronson around the world and trying everything from street food to high cuisine. Multiple samples from this programme portrait Alc a food villain on this journey, cementing 16 tracks of this album into a seamless narrative.
Action Bronson and Big Body Bes, who also took part in “Fuck, That’s Delicious”, are featured on two songs on “The Food Villain”.
