Eminem’s latest album has made an impressive leap back into the Billboard 200 Top 10, thanks to a surge in vinyl and cassette sales.

“The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)” has shot up the Billboard 200, making a remarkable climb from No.44 to No.6 with 49,000 units sold (up 193%) after its release on vinyl and cassette. This resurgence was fueled by the album’s long-awaited physicals, which hit shelves last week. Notably, “The Death of Slim Shady” was issued across five vinyl editions (primarily colour variants) that sold a combined 31,000 copies — marking Eminem’s best week ever on vinyl sales alone.

Fans quickly snapped up copies, reigniting interest in the album and pushing its chart resurgence in the US even higher than in the UK, where it currently sits at No.8.

The album debuted at the No.1 spot in the US and stayed in the Top 10 for five weeks over the summer. This latest rise demonstrates the lasting appeal of Em’s new music, particularly in vinyl form. With this powerful rebound, Eminem has secured one of the week’s biggest chart comebacks, showing once again that Slim Shady’s legacy remains a dominant force in the music industry.
