Marshall’s motivational banger, “Phenomenal”, just hit a huge milestone – 100 million streams on Spotify.

“Phenomenal” marks Em’s 97th song to reach this streaming benchmark. Shady has a massive catalogue of hits, and they keep on racking up the plays.

Originally released in 2015 for the “Southpaw” soundtrack, “Phenomenal” had an immediate impact. It debuted at number 47 on the Billboard Hot 100, powered by strong digital sales (first-week digital downloads reached 77,000). The song also climbed the Billboard Hot Rap Songs chart, peaking at number 4. Even after all these years, “Phenomenal” continues to attract over 25,000 streams daily.

“Phenomenal” achieved Gold certification by the RIAA in 2018. But beyond the certifications and chart numbers, this song is a fan favourite. Marshall has included the track on his second greatest hits compilation, “Curtain Call 2”, released in 2022. The track is also very popular among athletes and is widely used in sport-themed promo videos.

There is no doubt that Eminem’s streaming numbers will continue to climb ahead of the release of his upcoming album, “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)”. So, give “Phenomenal” another spin.
