More than two decades after its release, Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” continues to break new ground. This time, topping a Billboard chart it had never led before.

The Grammy and Oscar-winning single has now reached No. 1 on the Rap Digital Song Sales chart. This marks Eminem’s first new chart-topper of 2025 and his nineteenth No. 1 on this specific Billboard list.

A Victory for a Longtime Bestseller

“Lose Yourself” has spent 515 weeks, nearly ten whole years, on the Rap Digital Song Sales chart. Despite its longevity and popularity, it had never clinched the top spot until now. This week, it climbs from No. 6 to No. 1.

No other song on this week’s list comes close to matching its time on the chart. In fact, “Lose Yourself” has racked up nearly twice as many weeks as all the other current top-selling rap tracks combined.

Eminem’s First No.1 of 2025

This new milestone follows a strong run for Eminem in 2024. Last year, he earned three new No.1 hits on the same chart:

“Houdini”
“Murdergram Deux” (with LL Cool J)
“Somebody Save Me” (with Jelly Roll)

Now, “Lose Yourself” adds another title to his list of 19 digital sales champions. It has joined tracks like “Love the Way You Lie” (with Rihanna), “Godzilla” (with Juice WRLD), “Rap God”, “The Ringer”, “Killshot”, and more.

This week, “Lose Yourself” also sits at No. 10 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales chart. Meanwhile, another Eminem classic, “Shake That” (featuring Nate Dogg), returns to the Rap chart at No. 10, rounding out the top end with style.

Eminem’s First Time on a Rock Chart

Eminem also appears on two other Billboard charts this week with a live mashup performance alongside Jack White. Their “Hello Operator / Till I Collapse (Live at Ford Field)” debuts at No. 6 on the Alternative Digital Song Sales chart and No. 13 on Rock Digital Song Sales, marking Eminem’s first entries on both genre-specific lists.
