Just days after Dana White’s dismissive remarks, UFC undefeated fighter shows up his determination and impressive gains working out to Eminem’s “Lose Yourself”.

Jones vacated the light-heavyweight title last August and started training for the UFC’s heavyweight division. Sadly, the UFC president Dana White has already left Jon Jones out of the upcoming heavyweight division title bout with Francis Ngannou. Dana White implied that Jones had asked for too much in negotiations and he might as well retire while on top.

Jon Jones, who is No.1 in the UFC men’s pound-for-pound rankings currently, responded with dignity and unflappable confidence, humblebragging about his impressive career:

“I’m really not sure when I’ll be fighting next, but some downtime after a decade of wins is a nice little change up right now”

Also, the collection of his Instagram visuals from the gym has now a new one added. The athlete who bumps “Lose Yourself” during his training session is not planning to retire.
