These are short seconds for the Hall of Fame crowd, but it is a big deal for dedicated fan-based media.
This is recognition beyond expectations: to get involved in the Eminem Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction package preparations would be an honour to any fan of Marshall.
Our editor-in-chief was one of those lucky music fans who braved an appalling organisation of the Eminem Abu-Dhabi show to witness his spectacular performance. It so happened that this show became his last open gig before the world ran into the hold because of Covid. Eminem is still not back on tour, and the Abu Dhabi footage remains rare evidence of those times.
Rare and also of good quality. It captured the nerve and the passion and preserved it with good sound and high resolution. Apparently, it also caught the attention of Marshall’s management. So when producers of this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony wanted to make a video for Em’s induction package, the management pointed them in our direction.

Could we say no to their request? Theoretically, we could have, but we didn’t. So now the precious seconds of our footage are in this package, our team name is in the credit roll, and Marshall is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
