One of the most recognisable Fifty’s hits dropped 19 years ago today and Fif is still grateful that Eminem gave him that chance.
Eminem backed up this rapper with complicated past putting out all his weight and all his trust, and 50 Cent did not waste this opportunity. “In Da Club” became Fifty’s first number one, staying on the top of the Billboard Hot 100 for nine consecutive weeks. The track has received multiple platinum certifications and the video for this song joined “One Billion Views” club in November 2020.
50 Cent took time off promoting his new TV show (not really, he still put a promo in this post) and dunking celebrities on social media to post:
