“The biggest albums of 2021” chart is mainly controlled by youth. The debut and sophomore albums occupy over 50% of the list. Yet still, Eminem’s project has its well-deserved place on the ranking.

HitsDailyDouble published its year-to-date list of the best selling albums. 2021 has been a good year for hip hop projects, even if the top spot is occupied by country singer Morgan Wallen, with young pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo following at a respectful distance.

Nevertheless, among young stars and fresh projects on the list, you can find Eminem’s album. In 2021, “Curtain Call: The Hits” moved 673,000 total units that can be broken down to 51,000 album copies, 215,000 song sales, 774,236,000 audio streaming, and 121,495,000 video streams. This result warranted Eminem entry at No.49.
