In the very first year of being eligible for induction, Eminem is included on the list of nominees.
The fan vote is now open, and everyone can cast their ballot once a day at vote.rockhall.com. As selected by the public, the top five artists will comprise a “fans’ ballot” that will be tallied along with the other ballots to choose the 2022 inductees.
The competition this year is as strong as ever, and Eminem will need the support of all his fans to make it to the top. So far, Marshall is not even in the Top 5, staying at No.8 behind Pat Betanar, Dolly Parton, Duran Duran, Eurythmics, Carly Simon, Judas Priest and Lionel Richie.
