Two weeks after the GTA: The Contract release, new music from Dr. Dre became available on main streaming services.
Six new songs are listed as “The Contract” EP under GTA Online as an artist name. There is no mentioning of Dr. Dre or his collaborators on the project, such as Eminem, Anderson .Paak, Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg, Nipsey Hussle and more. Besides the fact that it makes it more difficult for music fans to find this music, it also means that artists will not get credit for this release, will not add streams from this project to their names and will not earn revenue.
