After The Guardian journalists compiled the list of the best 21 century albums based on their taste and preferences, United World Charts presents the first decade of the century album chart based on estimated global sales according to figures and certifications from the IFPI–members around the world.

Eminem has made 4 entries: with “The Marshall Mathers LP” to No. 3, with “The Eminem Show” to No. 5, with “Encore” (Shady / Interscope – 2004 – 10 million copies) to No. 39 and with “Curtain Call (The Hits)”(Shady / Interscope – 2005 – 7 million copies) to No.85. He is also the only hip-hop artist in the Top 10.
