The title of a category Eminem is nominated in has changed since 2021, but Marshall’s presence on the Indian music scene is constant.
In 2021, Eminem was put into Popular International Artist category, which had male and female artists together. In 2023, the category changed into CMA Popular Global Artist and introduced gender segregation. There are 10 entries to the men’s section, from Jimin to David Guetta. There are only two rappers though, Drake and Eminem.
Last time, Eminem did not win in this category. Now, considering that he did not drop any new album recently, his chances even lower. But still, you can go and vote for Marshall on the award’s official website.
