The British Phonographic Industry body has awarded a double platinum certification to this single from Eminem’s latest album, “Music to Be Murdered By”.
“Godzilla” is the first and, sadly, the last Marshall’s collaboration with Juice WRLD and his first posthumous release. The song has become a sensation and brought together different generations of hip hop fans. It is also Eminem’s fastest song to reach 1 billion streams on Spotify.
BPI certified the single’s sales in the UK with a second Platinum award and the BRIT Awards also chose to feature in on its official Twitter feed:
