Marshall’s iconic track “Without Me” has just reached a new milestone of 2.2 billion streams on Spotify.

“Without Me” becomes Eminem’s second song to crack this mark on the platform, joining the legendary “Lose Yourself”. Even now, when everybody’s attention is on Eminem’s new album, “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)”, and songs from this album get the most streams, “Without Me” holds strong. It is currently the most streamed song from Eminem’s back catalogue, with over 1.4 million streams daily.

Released in 2002 as the lead single for “The Eminem Show”, “Without Me” remains one of Em’s most successful singles. In 2009, Pitchfork named it the 251st-greatest song of the 2000s. Well, in fact, “Without Me” is the fourth most streamed song of the decade. It says a lot about the taste of tastemakers. And it proves that it is up to listeners, not to critics, to show what music will last.
