In “Renaissance” Eminem Reflects on Critics and Fans Anger Towards Him, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Kanye West and Other Rap Giants

Marshall’s latest album is, by large, the biggest hip hop hit of the year so far. Nobody has come even close to its numbers in the month since its release.

Some interesting albums have been dropped over the past 30 days. Common & Pete Rock, Denzel Curry, Rakim and more released projects that didn’t break into the mainstream charts. There was a ridiculously highly rated by many hip hop media Ice Spice’s album. There were releases from Killer Mike, Polo G, and JPEGMafia.

But really, the only one that could challenge Eminem’s dominance was Kanye’s new instalment to his “VULTURES” series. However, it failed even to reach the success of the first part, which is ranked third on the list of hip hop first-week sales this year.

Will anybody be able to wrestle this trophy out of Shady’s hands?
