After weeks of speculation, we finally have a confirmed date for the Stans official soundtrack, and it’s later than fans had hoped.
Many fans had expected it to arrive alongside the movie’s theatrical premiere, and that was indeed the original plan. But even before the film hit theatres, fans noticed a listing from UMG Germany pointing to an August 26 digital release.

Some still held out hope for a surprise drop, especially after spotting a curious note on the popcorn buckets designed for the premiere.
The buckets, styled like pill bottles, carried a small-font message at the bottom: “Official soundtrack available now”. No, it wasn’t.
Now we have it straight from the Shady camp. On Eminem’s social media, the release date was made official:
“I hope you hear it!” #STANS: The Official Soundtrack out August 26. [http://eminem.lnk.to/stanssoundtrack](http://eminem.lnk.to/stanssoundtrack)

Meanwhile, the vinyl edition, still up for pre-order, won’t ship until January 16, 2026. This long gap between the digital drop and physical shipments has become a hallmark of Eminem’s recent releases. Fans are puzzled, as the delay does not appear to be tied to any strategic chart campaign.
Until August 26, all we can do is guess how many fresh tracks will make the cut. Got any predictions?
